Weeds are the bane of my existence. Now that I’ve gotten to the point that I refuse to use any sort of toxic herbicide, I find myself overrun. All the things I’ve read about glyphosate (AKA Roundup) scares me to death. I’d rather have a few weeds than mutate frog DNA.
I’ve tried smothering them with heavy layers of newspaper, pulling, mulching, vinegar, etc. So far I’ve not had a lot of luck. I’m –>this<– close to buying a flame thrower. I’ve heard good things about flame weeders, and I’m seriously tempted.
Any advice on a good flame weeder?

Greetings I am having the same issue. I have a small area, so I bought weed block 10/10 which I will spread out. This will stop the weeds in their track.
